1. I love God out loud.

God is at the forefront of all of my decisions. From my family life, to my business, to my podcast, workshops and speaking events. Any opportunity that I have, I am going to remind people that God is real and hold space for them to find their way back to him. I am bringing this unapologetic energy into every space I occupy, so just know we show up together if you invite me.

2. Life is a beautiful journey that is meant to set your soul on fire.

Imagine if more of us lived life with this truth in mind? The world would be a much more loving and light filled place. When were we conditioned to accept mediocre and less than our fullest potential? So many of us have forgotten our power and have been conditioned to believe that life has to be a struggle. I’ve been unlearning this way of thinking and being  for myself and aspire to encourage others to remember this truth through my life and my work.

3. I’m in the business of transforming lives.

I do this by offering healing sessions, educational, and transformational products, coaching programs, books, and experiences that empower heart-led, and creative people like you how to live in alignment with their purpose and experience more joy,  freedom, and fulfillment. We’re proudly a for-profit company that also generates an enormous amount of life-changing resources free of charge.

4. My healing sessions are for liberation vs entertainment. 

So much of the healing and wellness industry have become about entertainment. To each his own, but my healing sessions are not just about checking a box. It ain’t just about yoga for yoga’s sake, or mindfulness as another cool office term. My healing sessions are about holding space for stillness so that people can return home to self and ultimately return home to God. I hold space for God to show up and do his thang and that is the energy and clarity that I bring to my work and to my rates. 

5. I may not be your cup of tea. 

I don’t aspire to be for everyone. I am a Black woman that is challenging the outdated paradigms of the world. Busyness, burnout, overworking, mediocrity, systemic oppression, white supremacy, and the patriarchy all need to be challenged in order for us to thrive in the way God intended. This work requires us to do the healing work for ourselves first, walk courageously in our purpose, and take up space unapologetically. This level of truth-telling and way paving will not always be accepted by all. Yet, I will remain obedient to the assignment. I aspire to partner with, collaborate with, and hold space for those that value freedom, joy, authenticity, and living an unconventional life. The Aquarius and dreamer in me totally believes that a new way is possible!
